I'm pretty happy with how these photos turned out. I took them on a whim because I thought the light looked nice - it's pretty convenient to simply see nice light and get a camera to take self portraits. :)

I do feel the need to remark when what you do is wonderful ? Saturday is the move, eh ? What floor did you say you ended up moving onto ? Stairs and no elevator -- bend your knees and keep your back as straight and upright as possible. How are "the girls" getting there (special arrangements) ? No dedication ceremony required ? Smooth sailing for all involved is my wish !

Yes indeed - Saturday is the move. I'm moving onto the third floor - I have found someone to help my dad and I move the heavier furniture. So, I won't be doing any heavy lifting honestly from what I can tell. And I'll be taking the bebes with me in the moving vehicle with my dad. I'm sure he will enjoy their constant meows along the road hahaha.

Yes, I ask about the bebes because I have know cats that were totally freaked by car travel. Maybe cat carrier tastefully furnished will help ? Maybe your bebes are confident veteran travelers - like yourself ? :-)

My cats are definitely freaked out by the car. I did get them new carriers with little sherpa beds inside - I'm hoping that at least makes it a bit more comfortable. Fortunately the trip is only 2-3 hours though
