So I finished my first live video on Instagram. And, as usual, when doing those things, I feel weirdly vulnerable/exposed after? I’ve often recognized this as a thing I struggle with most as a model in relating to a fan base/audience - I am bad at being really open haha. And it’s likely something I should work on. So perhaps I’ll maybe do a few more of those over time as a way to get used to it? Even to talk about books or movies or something. I feel like a lot of the things I discussed today (on the Instagram page @travelingmodelresource) were not pertinent things for people who follow me as much as for models - especially new models. But I’ll also post longer thoughts later today. I also rearranged my bedroom furniture for a new self portrait set! So stay tuned for that over the next 24 hours!

I kind sense this in you - I don't think it is a bad thing ? I mean if it comes from you naturally, it may be a *self protection instinct* thing ? Lord know self protection is to be promoted these days ! Maybe not, if you feel the need to be less sensitive - could be something you will feel better - become more able to subduing - but it might be a difficult exercise to complete ? The need to protect the you in you is not a bad thing. Maybe it is more of a tuning of radar - when to be reticent and when it is OK to be less so ?

That's true - I definitely feel like protecting personal information about myself can be important. I already tend to feel a bit exposed online to many people I have no connection with whatsoever, and revealing a lot of personal information magnifies that feeling.
