Lie down, take your t-shirt off, get your shower gel bottle, put it upside down and press it quickly so a splash of shower gel comes out on your belly. Then point with your index finger your shower gel splash and take a pic (or a few) with the other hand. Save the pics for when the chat to post them is available (soon).
