August has been a tough month! (Patreon)

Hi folks, I thought I would give you a "behind the scenes" of what the last few weeks have been like for Anunna Healing.

Because the video side has been so popular its changed the dynamic of AH again, when we were looking at laptops last year and investing in equipment we got the 500gb mac book and a couple of 2tb LaCie drives because I was adamant I wasn't going to be doing videos so we didnt need to pay extra for extra space/ memory.... Well, look at how well that worked out! 

The issue we have been having is running out of space on everything, iPhones, both macs, LaCie drives... 

Final cut pro made everything worse... 

I did a film and video production course at uni many many years ago, back then we edited on final cut pro, hated it back then, I thought it was me, and editing just wasn't my thing. No its definitely final cut pro. Final cut pro saves every edit you do automatically so when you have an issue with memory storage already it escalated everything, everything took so long, dropping frames on me so I couldn't watch what I was editing so didn't know if there was a mistake I needed to edit out. I would be editing for hours and literally making no progress! and I mean no progress except for making me very resentful of it and so so close to smashing the lot up. 

So back to Imovie to finish a couple of projects... We will be looking at Adobe suit this week and seeing if that's a better fit. Its a lot of trial and error doing these things. We have also invested in a 10tb Seagate external harddrive "thing" which also includes 5 years warranty with data rescue in case the hard drive breaks, which is peace of mind!
