Hi everyone,

I'm thrilled to share with you the very first video filmed in our beautiful new outdoor location—the garden! 🌿🌞

In this 25-minute video, "Anunna Healing's Top Tips for Weight Management & a Healthy Body," I delve into practical strategies I use myself and tips to help you achieve and maintain a healthy body. I hope you find this video beneficial and supports your health journey.

A little behind-the-scenes fun fact: The first attempt at filming this video was in my office, and it took about 20 takes but i still wasn't happy with it. This time, filming in our new garden space, it took me 26 takes to get it- but I was determined! It's not a perfect video, but I hope the authentic me shines through, and you can see the good intentions behind it. Your well-being means the world to me, and I hope that comes across.

Last year I realized I really needed to redirect the course of my life. My first step was to get back into shape after languishing during the pandemic. I renewed my gym membership and signed up for 6 personal training sessions. I hit the jackpot with my trainer and I’m still going strong(er!) after almost a year in. I’ve also recently been much more mindful of my nutrition. I’m blessed to have a loving wife who prepares great meals (I help when I can!). And now I’ve found your incredible hypnotherapy material!
