ok I had no idea what I was in store for because I haven't seen this series before and omg it was perfect. Also I ended up chopping this and the 6-0 episode of nana tour into separate videos so it's easier to categorise in the nana tour playlist. Which is uploading and will be up tomorrow! <3

circles is a song that woozy wrote for wonwoo when his mother passed away so it has always been a song that everyone cries when it sings and the first of them me 😭

I remember watching this last year… I smiled, laughed, and cried. Many emotions watching the members…. Hoshi , I thought was drunk. The song Circle is written by WOOZI for the members and especially for Wonowoo cause his mom died recently before the taping of this show…. It is a healing song…. This part was hard to watch…. I enjoyed the raw singing…. Excited for Nana Tours…. Last episode,

CIRCLES is a track from Sector 17 (album repackage, 2022). From just the highlight medley back then, we already anticipated how emotional this song will be. When it dropped, most of us considered it as one of the SVT songs that can give comfort and make us cry... The lalala chorus with their voices together with kids' and then ending with just Woozi in acapella does something to my heart and soul I can't explain. I remember Woozi even shared a video clip of the kids recording. Please listen to it before you watch the final ep of Nana Tour🩵 As for the meaning of the song, it's what you've heard here in Tipsy Live. It's like a promise that they have each other and that life will go well again. It's the first time they talked about Circles. Woozi shared that he wrote Circles with the members and carats in mind. He especially mentioned Wonwoo and you have seen Wonwoo holding his tears back. It is assumed that the song was written after the passing of Wonwoo's mom. She's not just a mother to Wonwoo, but also to all of them. They must have felt the loss and are trying their best to comfort each other. Another story about Circles was it was performed in Caratland 2023 (annual grand fanmeeting) and, for 3 days, Woozi would end up crying and not able to finish his lalala part. He's overwhelmed with emotions and can't control them. He and the members reassured us every day that we have nothing to worry and Woozi's fine, but still...

I don't have all the details right now but Woozi wrote Circles at the time around when Wonwoos mother passed away. It was a really tough time and I'm sure even more hardships (from other members as well) inspired it. But Circles is usually associated with Woozi trying to comfort Wonwoo and the other members by saying that the hard times will pass and like the hands of a clock they will go in circles until they find the place where they are supposed to be again. It is a really sad, but hopeful and wholesome song and it became a favourite of the members as well because of the raw emotions. It is kind of a healing song, but obviously one that also comes with sad emotions.

i'm so sorry you were sick and in pain, but i'm so glad you're feeling better!! i don't have anything else to add about the video since everything i wanted to say has already been commented ahah

With all the comments here, one more things to add about the song is that "Won" in Wonwoo actually means circle in Korean. Wonwoo really had a hard time when his mother was sick and passed away. That's why you can clearly tell that around that period he isn't talking and revealing himself much. While they sang this song in Caratland, a clips of parents handwriting letters appears unexpectly, thats where Wonwoo crying so fking hard first time ever. It broke every Carat heart. But luckily you can see that Wonwoo is getting so much better and open his heart again in Nana Tour.

Actually, seventeen had left their idol image since the green room lol ( Seventeen Tv ) days, it was aired in their Predebut, the green room basically is essentially a CCTV camera in a basement practice room with green walls. there is no editing whatsoever, it's just straight-up 360p CCTV footage. even they were nameless trainees and were called by nicknames, for the Melona era (green room), just watch the highlights only because there are a lot of funny moments there as well. I don't recommend watching it as a whole tho. But it would also be regrettable not to watch any of it which I think most carats would agree that this era was something, lmao also I think you should watch moments from it because you can see how much they’ve grown/improved, and better to watch the Seventeen Project instead rather than Seventeen Tv(green room as a whole ) Seventeen Project it another predebut show its a reality show not a survival show and has 7 episodes. So yeah they did have some more experience now and became more open up than before but they have been like this since then the sweetest and the most unserious ...
