Devilman Crybaby Replacement Poll Results! (Patreon)

Greetings everyone! Sorry for making you wait for this announcement! This recent poll was a bit of an experiment and I needed to verify the veracity of the results. Future polls will be handled quite differently.

The standings are as follows:


1st - The Promised Neverland

2nd - Parasyte the Maxim

3rd - Dororo 

4th - Overlord 

5th - Hinamatsuri 


Therefore, The Promised Neverland will replace Devilman Crybaby for the second Sunday slot as timer-based reactions!

Due to many of our fellow YouTubers getting targeted with copyright strikes and warning us about this show, we will have the entire series be timer based.

Thank you for your patience and support, we can't wait to start this show!

Not unexpected, though Dororo did better than I thought it would. Hinamatsuri's been on a few polls without winning now but it's such a great show, hopefully if nothing else it'll turn up as Tuesday's show someday. Looking forward to you two puzzling out Promised Neverland, you should enjoy that.

All the overlord hate is really undeserved. And it wasnt like that the past 2 votes. I wonder why that is Seems like the third season really tainted the peoples opinion of overlord, mainly due to shitty animation. Overlord is easily in top 3 isekai but then.... I can kind of understand. The anime didnt do the novels justice I just wish we could compromise with letting them watch just S1, which was pretty good and then let them decide for themselves if they want to read the novels or not

I don't know about you, but I saw a lot of deserved hate towards Overlord in the past polls it was in. Despite the god awful third season, the first two did literally nothing special. It's just a generic Isekai. If it wins a poll, then good for it, but I know for a fact me and a bunch of others will never vote for this show, and that's that

Sigh... Look, I don't want to lecture, but... we all know how you hate Overlord. In every vote it appeared you constantly trash it, how it is bad and generic, and awful cgi, and isekai, et cetra, et cetra. But people still like it very much and, in my opinion, in this community is is considered a bad manners to shit on the show other people cheer on. I absolutely despise Devilman and you don't see me moaning about it in comments every time, do you? So I'd really appreciate if you tone it down a bit, as "Overlord bad" doesn't really add much to the conversation.

I'm not the only one that does it. Overlord get's trashed constantly and if you don't like it, then ignore it and keep shilling it. In a lot of people's opinions (including mine), Overlord is a bad show that would bring about boring discussions. It sucks character, story, and animation-wise, especially the latter. I don't care if you don't trash on shows you don't like, in fact that is completely irrelevant to what I think. I am going to always say it, because I don't want the bros to sit through three seasons of garbage. Overlord isn't that good to a lot of people, and that's that.

that's just an opinion. The 2 anime are both subjectively different you can't compare them. I personally would have also preferred Prasyte but hey at least it isn't Overlord. Not to mention TPN is a gem by itself, just be happy that it'll be on the next poll and hope for it then :)

I can repeat empty phrases too but that doesnt make it viable One last comment before i leave this comment section: I am happy that TPN won. I would have been happy for any of those options. I just reacted to all this unnecessary hate against overlord in this comment section. I dont start shitting on shows obviously loved by many (but equally hated by many). it is unfair and I thought this community was better than that... (I did this too but noticed how unnecessary and honestly dumb it is and stopped)
