Legion

Yup, that's the expression I wanted to see on the preview

JayKay

Caleb better keep that butt clenched. Really hard.

Sadovari

This was literally...Every. Single. Thing. I wanted it to be.

Legion

Ha! When he puts on the other behelit "I reject the idea that everything has gone to shit." LOL

We made it boys! I've been looking forward to this for so long... Now another painful week until we continue.

Jcw490

Mild spoiler, Kaleb is good but even he isn't quite good enough to get exactly where and how dark the show goes

Bryan Rojas

Poor Caleb, I'm not sure if his sanity will remain intact once this is over.

you guys gotta react to the 3rd Berserk movie after the anime!

Lukas Geissler

The narrator is the same voice as old Joseph. Sadly he passed away recently.

Jacky Lin

Caleb.exe has stopped working

SogekingVinesmoke

This was as amazing as I hoped. Next time, the true trauma begins. I pray for Caleb’s Semblance of Sanity. Also, manga reactions &/or reviews would be amazing, especially now that you guys actually have some of the Berserk manga and a ton of the One Piece manga at your disposal.

J-Black

Caleb's reactions were perfectly golden, very appropriate. I think he knows what he's in for, as much as one possibly can without spoilers anyway. Berserk is a tough one; it's been hard for me to stomach the second time around (first time was the manga too, so I could at least speed up my reading for the tougher parts). But I do love Berserk, and it's worth it for the sake of you guys' reactions and in depth discussions. I'm loving the character analyses; it's made all of them more complex in my mind just listening to you guys talk about them.

Derrick C. Shields

If you mean what I think you do, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I respect the living Hell out of Berserk - the fact that this entire arc basically exists to convince you that Griffith is someone WORTH HATING is a dedication to villain development that is admirable - but my psyche just can't handle it. I get bummed out on an existential level just re-watching the series, God forbid I ever try to read the manga.

J-Black

Exactly. Berserk, so brutally good it hurts the kokoro.

Please watch the 3rd movie after this

I actually feel the third movie does a better job with the Eclipse than the anime, what with Skull Knight's involvement.

Jax Tharp

"Okay okay okay okay okay" You're beginning to channel a certain Gnome Cleric there Caleb

SogekingVinesmoke

I concur with the third movie comments. The film trilogy isn’t quite as good as the ‘97 anime as a whole for me, but it’s still fantastic, and the third film is a masterpiece, eclipsing - pun intended - the equivalent section of the ‘97 series by a landslide and wrapping up the loose ends that it omits, preparing viewers to jump right into the manga from the beginning.

Nox

The second season isn't that bad actually when you get used to the new animation. Some good music in it as well (Hai Yo looking at you)

Frederick Jaskowski

someone on their discord is sending them a ton of the English printed volumes for the next mailbox.

Waluigi

Wah!

Sadovari

I agree. Not with the animation, it really is bad and fails to capture the aura of Berserk. But I think it's worth a watch, why? Because it is Berserk. Even with all the issues, the true Berserk is still in there. It fills in more story about the world and characters we love.
