"Chasing the Sun" The Early Chapters (Patreon)

The single episode that I'm producing this month will jump forward in time to a later part of the story arc.

Since I'm not going to be completing the series, and since I have already put in so much preproduction work, I thought I would share some details about the characters and the locations in the early part of the story.  (Maybe someday in the future I will attempt to tell the entire story.)

No filming on these chapters has been done, so I just made some publicity photos.

The first three chapters of the series take place in Brindleton Bay (from the "Cats & Dogs" expansion pack).  It's a small rural farming community where life moves slowly and nothing much ever seems to happen.

Austin Massano grew up on a small farm at the edge of town.  His family worked hard tending their crops and raising chickens.

It's a conservative little town, a real hardship for a closeted gay teenager.  Austin's family attended church every Sunday.

The Massano family are second generation immigrants.  Austin is the youngest of three brothers.

18 year old Austin just graduated from high school, and he was looking forward to spending the summer hanging out with his friends.

Levi Massano, Austin's father, is a difficult man to please.  He expects all of his sons to work hard on the farm and take over the day to day operations.

Annika Massano, Austin's mother, has a soft spot for her youngest son.  She convinces her family to give him a break, and let him enjoy some time off after graduation.

Aaron Massano is the oldest brother.  He bares most of the responsibility for the family farm, and he has no intention of leaving.

Anders Massano is the middle brother.  He has a bit of a mean streak, and he likes to tease and play jokes on his younger brother.

Austin daydreams a lot about leaving the family farm and becoming someone special in the outside world.

He spends a lot of time hauling the harvest to the local farmers market where he often hangs out with his best friend.

All the local girls think Austin in gorgeous.  He gets a lot of female attention, but he only pretends to be interested in them.  Austin dreams about being a model or a movie star.

Jonah McKay is Austin's best friend.  They grew up together, and they are almost inseparable.  Even with girls, they are always together.

Jonah is a real country boy.  He has no plans to leave their rural hometown.  He's pretty much as straight as they come, however...

Austin has always had a secret crush on his best friend.  He'd like nothing more than to be in a real relationship with Jonah.

One drunken night on the beach, after the girls have left, a horny Austin and Jonah break into the old light house and jerk off together.  Austin wanted more. Unfortunately, the event was too much for Jonah to acknowledge.

Cal Drummond is the Massano's hired farm hand.  This tall, rugged country boy mostly keeps to himself.  But he's noticed Austin, and perceives him as a fellow outsider.

Austin confides in Cal about his unhappiness.  The pair strike up an unexpected friendship that quickly evolves into something more.

Austin has his next sexual experience with Cal, who shows great patience.  He even lets the teenager fuck him.

Austin is restless and unhappy.  He sees no future for himself in Brindleton Bay.  His relationship with Jonah was the only thing holding him here.

Cal advises Austin that he should leave this small town, follow his dreams and make a life for himself in the big city.

Austin packs up his belongings and jumps on a bus toward Bayou Bay, and then San Myshuno.  Austin Massano is chasing his dreams, he's chasing after love, he's chasing the sun...
