Okay, just nothing happens. They stop as Jason annonces his presence.

I am playing on a HP computer, windows 10. I downloaded the game got it started, but every time I try to go to the Beach, the game turns off. No message or error code. The screen goes black and about 5 seconds later the game turns off. Suggestions?

The game's programming makes a request that your card is not supporting. Test it out: In your video card software, configure it to render the game with the onboard card instead of the dedicated one, or vice versa. The game will get heavier, but if it works, that's it, graphical incompatibility from some feature. Perhaps some required functionality of the chipset is missing or turned off, or some existing ones in version conflict need to be disabled. It usually resolves in 70% of cases. This type of game error usually occurs on older gpus or with pre-6th generation processors.
