Yes, it could be some tag team action together with Billy. But it should be gentle and rough, just like with some of the other girls, not only rough. Another idea is that at some point Michelle visits Jason in his room or that Jason visits her in her house for some naughty action. In the further course Janice discovers this by catching them in the act.
