I disappeared for a week because of dancing.

Recently, I shared with you my muse Lera - she is a professional dancer of a very interesting genre that I had not heard of until I met her. This genre called  "inner motion". The title didn't really make sense to me at all, but I was preparing for the contempo. Lera came to Kyiv for just a week and I wanted to come to her classes.

I really don't know how to describe what happened in the hall. It's even hard for me to say that it's dancing, it's more of a spiritual psychological practice - learning to trust the world, people - exploring one's feelings, emotions, body. I am delighted. This is exactly what I wanted - Complete improvisation. And you don't have to dance "nicely" there at all - you just have to be yourself and let your body move as it wants.

Lera has already left and I can't wait for our next dance meeting.

And for some reason, I am sure that this experience will be reflected in my self-portraits. I already want to go take a picture of myself)
