I alone have the feeling that the less clothes I wear, the more protected I am and the more confidence awakens in me?

In winter, when I need to put on outerwear, a hat and a scarf - I feel as depressed and insecure as possible - heavy. I seem to grow in place - it's hard to get me out of the house.

And in summer, when I put on a silk dress with straps, I feel light and airy. I do not stand in one place, I always walk somewhere, do something, and I only come home to sleep.

It's an interesting thought you mention with these beautiful pictures of yours. Not feeling confident but rather depressed when you are covered up and surrounded by cold. Then feeling very confident and positive when able to shed clothing and reveal your beautiful skin. I never really thought about it in detail but it makes sense. Both from a physical domain perspective as well as an internal perspective. Physically, because with less sun, our body generates less vitamin D which has a direct link to our mood and can cause depression. And of course, when spring and summer comes far more exposure to sunlight and when you wear less clothing, you gain more sunlight due to more skin being exposed. There is a high probability there is also more to it. Previous experiences, love lost, isolation... all have a direct effect on how we see the world around us as well as ourselves in the mirror. It's worth thinking about. I appreciate your thought, thank you for sharing.
