Publishing Plans (Patreon)

I am not sure if you, my patrons, know about this already since I announced this on the official release of chapter 115, but I plan to (self) publish a volume of my story on Amazon. It won't be Kindle Unlimited so I won't have to take down my story here or anywhere else. Not sure if I will do it once I complete the story, though.

But back to the main point, I plan on taking chapter 1 to chapter 25 and making it into the first volume as a sort of test. Aside from editing and revising the chapters so that it will be more presentable, I plan on having some black and white illustrations (at least 2) and a side story to make it more appealing since I don't want to just sell (almost) the exact same thing you can find online for free.

So my question to you guys, who would be interested in purchasing the published book, is what scene among the first 25 chapters would you like to see illustrated, and what kind of sidestory would you like?

I would probably be interested in buying the book depending on the price. As for illustrations, I think one of the coolest things to see an illustration of would be when Tianyi and his mother go to visit his uncle. How many people in the scene and how much detail obviously are kinda going to make a huge difference in how that comes out, but it's a neat area to portray. Another cute scene to illustrate might be when Tianyi gets beat up by the living pill. As for sidestories, I always like to see people who have a different view of the character, so maybe one of the few people who have knowledge of Tianyi besides his mother could recount the differences in Mengfei since she's had a child? Or even someone from his uncle's court who are just living their lives and the visit of Tianyi and his mother is sort of a shocking event but still peripheral to their life.

I will definitely have that scene of Tianyi getting defeated by a living pill illustrated. But that will be book 2 if I ever publish that, it's not within chapter 1-25. As for the imperial court, I already have another scene in the Xi Dynasty mini-arc illustrated, so not likely. Yeah, POV concerning Tianyi sounds plausible, most of the action in book 1 will be centered around Tianyi after all. As for price, probably $3-4.
