35 - Valkyr×Volt 2 (Patreon)

Back in the tumblr days, I've made a nice pic with Valkyr and Volt (this = 23. project) and got some anon asks to make 'em more. Browsing in my wips, I've found the follow-up wannabe file that was made in 2017 December. So cuz of that huge time gap, thought it's time to finish that project.

I'm not really satisfied with this, not liking the colours that much, also worried about the too much details that might give the viewer a hard time to understand what the picture's suppose to be showing:  Volt's doing some "push-ups" while Valkyr's holding on.

Figuring out how to make the fast moving bodyparts was holding me back on working on this, then in the end, I'm pretty proud how that came out. The lineart and later the lightnings gave me a bit of pain in my fingers, so had to pause cuz of that too xd

Don't know what to add or change on the drawing, so I think it's done.
Made other colour variations just to see how it looks like. Basically I thought of green cuz I wanted to make it differently than the first picture. Tried out yellow, but that was too vibrant and "awake", then blue, but that was too cold imo, and white was just off.

It's passed 2 AM so with some fresh eyes later tomorrow, I might have a different opinion on this project. Hope so :'d
