Since living in Japan, the Christmas spirit in me slowly started dying over the years. The first image I did many years ago was based off that feeling. Even though they do celebrate Christmas in Japan, its not like it is in the States. If it falls on a weekday, its a workday like any other day. I dont see this as a negative though, just a change in times and environment.
