Last month, you were Tier 1. But on January 2nd(which was after the December payment period), you switched to tier 3, which means youll get rewards for this current month in early February. I apologize if this wasnt clear from the get go.

For these rewards, yes. I sent them out to supporters from December and before. The payment processing period is always the 1st of the month. For example, you joined this month, so the payment processing for January starts on February 1st. This means you will receive any rewards Ive posted during this month. I might have to edit my introduction to make this more clear. Sorry for the confusion!

Thats unfortunate. Creators are at the whim of the platform so there is nothing I can do besides ask customer service. Hopefully you get notified next I post something.
