ComicDev1 - Characters (Patreon)

I've updated the ComicDev vault with the remaining few thumbs I had missing, as well as some more details on that.

I've also added a rough characters panel (with some text I can't display here) as well as a (lol very long) blether about my thoughts for the characters. You really don't need to read all of it it's not important as much as it's just my thoughts for the development of this, but it's there, and if you have any thoughts or suggestions I'd love to hear them :)

I don't have any names for them yet, and the exact looks aren't nailed down yet, but here's my starting point anyway!
