Alisa R. from The Legend of heroes. She is the daughter of the Reinford family the largest heavy industry corporation in Erebronia , Who enroll in Thors Military acadamy. She's first character i met (Yeah if you played CS1 at the beginning) . 

At first i thought her personality is like Chitoge from Nisekoi, And yes i was right. She has that kind of personality but less violent and fuming mad lol. Not just i like her appearance and story but her craft in battle is not half bad either. I always put her in my team, Since she's important for my team combo like stocking up cp and dodging.
