Starry Knight concept art - Waverly (Patreon)

Long story short, an opportunity to do a pitch for Starry Knight as a published comic after the year ends is coming. So I'm gonna be working on finalizing designs so I can put the pitch packet back together after Christmas.

So expect to see a bit of that here as I draw and write it up.

Something I'm still trying to figure out about Waverly/Lovely Knight is if, when she transforms, she looks like her human disguise or her real self. Waverly is a sort of unicorn person from another world, and I haven't decided if by the time she's revealed that to the rest of the main characters (which happens early on), she's already joined the magical group yet.

Stuff to think on. Once she transforms into costume as her actual self, though, she'll never be in costume as a human again(there's no point, she just looks human so she can interact with human strangers), so it might be fun to have her start out fighting in human disguise, if only cuz it'll be a special thing that never happens again.
