So none of my live streaming services allow private broadcasts (Patreon)

I was counting on some of them allowing this (since I said I'd do patron-only live streams) but now I'm wondering how I'll even make that work, because every service I use now only lets you do private casts if you subscribe to their site. So, I'm curious if private streams was something that sold patrons on pledging and if y'all want me to still make that work. And if so if anyone knows how I could make it work (aside from just having a weird channel name I share only with patrons and hoping people don't try to find it hahahhaa)
