The Astral Apocalypse - Synopsis, possible Cover Images, and Chapter 1 (Patreon)

Alrighty, here is another potential option for the next series on Royal Road to replace the next full-time series that finishes. And yes, that's what I'm doing. I'm posting multiple little scraps of new stories with their synopsis, cover image or images, and first chapter or chapters and then I'll do a poll whenever I eventually start a new series on Royal Road. After I finish another series. And you will all vote on which series I'll make a fulltime series at that point.

For now though these series won't likely get many new chapters unless I just feel like writing some.

Anyways, this particular story I have two different potential cover images for. One anime, one non-anime. The title is prone to change too, maybe.

Then there's the current synopsis, albeit one that may change in the future:

Long ago, the astral apocalypse began, wiping out every single planet in the universe and replacing them with mysterious space stations. Each of which are connected through astral trains and with an omnipotent System guiding the humanoid races of the universe. However, within these space stations, monsters roamed. Segments of each station turned into dungeons, monsters roaming the corridors of the stations, and the astral trains blocked off entirely until a certain number of dungeons was cleared.

And now, after hundreds of thousands of years, the people of the Astral Stations have grown used to this lifestyle, with the complete lack of any planets in the entire universe.

But once every century, a new station is formed. One that randomly selects people from the neighboring stations to enter it and challenge the next stages of the endless apocalypse.

However, this is not a story of a hero ending up stuck in a new station before beginning to grow stronger and clear the station of dungeons.

No.

This is the story of a Unique Being born within the newest station during the latest apocalypse expansion. One of precious few Unique Beings within the entire universe.

The birth of the Corrupted Shadow.
