And that’s why I would jump into another relationship within a month of the previous one ending. It was (and is, still working on it) so much easier to hyperfocus on a new relationship that to sit and think about my part in the relationship and what i could’ve done differently (because that’s an ADHD meltdown/avalanche waiting to happen).
