Calling this character "Versus". Updated the face to a more expressive style and worked on the 100% height, no card expressions.

Think I liked the sultry look myself.

I definitely think the old upturned eyes suited her better. Her provocative dress and short ponytail suggest a bolder personality, which doesn't work as well with the new cutesy eyes. Longer hair might be the easiest fix here.
