The final page of Martha's Matnerity for Sketch Tier and up in Black and White. 

I remember adding in a few things to the final panel for this to make some parts work a bit better. That the aliens were redressing her to set her up in a better location for her pregnancy to be revealed to the Doctor perhaps. To see see how poorly fitting her clothes are now she is so massively rotund and heavy. 

The grit textures I think really come into their own also giving the page some added definition, grit and mood. The top panel was a weird one that I had a lot of free reign on and made up some kind of huge pussy pump hoover device. Sci-fi technology am I right? The base model for the shot was based on Kristina Milan the latina busty model famous from the early and mid 00s.
