Out of curiosity, what happened with the audio there? Watching it I was under the impression that I was physical, but the comments implied it was software?

Literally no idea. It was working the first few hours and several people can attest to that. I think it was when I removed the song in the beginning bc of a copyright claim that it went wonky.
