Tier rewards adjusted, new requests tiers, taxes, etc! (Patreon)

Large changes, but I'll try to keep the explanation short:

Patreon is rolling out taxes on users as part of state tax law, this is not optional and Patreon is being forced to like every other company that sells stuff online. You may see a slight increase in your Patreon fee, you may not, I encourage you to check the messages Patreon is spamming everyone with about this, it has more detailed information than I do. If you are outside of the USA, I don't think you will see any tax changes.

Based on my posts a few months ago where I asked people how they felt about requests, I've decided to make them a bit more defined and split them into different tiers. The tiers themselves were a mess that needed to be fixed anyway listing old rewards I hadn't done in a long time and other stuff.

$3 sketch requests now clarify that they are for a single sketch image, no gigantic sequence requests, I've simplified the form because of this and migrated all your old requests over to the new forms. If this changes what you wanted to request you can resubmit.

$10 requests are now for image completion. If you are a $10 patron you can suggest a sketch request and you can request that I finish an old image with color and stuff. This tier previously conferred no real rewards.

$20 tier now has access to sequence requests. Sequences were really holding up the request list and it became necessarily to split them off to a much higher tier. This tier previous conferred no real rewards either.

Because of all these changes, I had to migrate old requests over to the new forms - I did my best but some requests don't fit the new rules, and because they were migrated manually, there may be mistakes. If you do not see your request, feel free to resubmit and/or message me directly for any questions.

People who requested I color an old single image: I migrated your request to the new color request sheet, regardless of your patronage tier. You'll have to raise your pledge if you want to submit another one, but I'll do the one that you had in already.
