Patreon update: Small content delay (Patreon)

Hello patrons! I just wanted to let you know that this month's project from the April animation poll will be a bit late. Instead of being done by the end of the month as usual, I'm hoping to have this one done early next month instead.

It all started with the month of April, where I think I burned myself out by putting together two animations that were fairly large in scope. I'm happy with how they came out, but they did take their toll. I then had to take care of some IRL stuff in early May, which also took some time away from animating. Still, I didn't expect this to be a problem since I planned to make it up later in the month (which I've done plenty of times before).

However, my plans officially went to shit last week when I finally caught COVID. It kicked me on my ass for a few days, and now there's no way I can realistically meet my deadline anymore. I do try very hard to stay on schedule and not have delays like this, but this time there were just too many things that added up. I do apologize for the delay but I'm also happy to be back and working again at least.

So here's what you can expect moving forward:

• The next bimonthly animation survey will be posted on June 1st as usual

• This month's animation will be completed in early June (asap)

• I will still put together one animation of my choosing later in June while we conduct the animation vote

Sorry again about the delay, I do hate to disappoint with these things but now we just need to focus on moving forward and getting back on that wagon. Thanks again for your understanding and generous support!
