Blue dragon (Patreon)

I will be designing this guy from scrathes, I am quite excited about giving him the final look, I hope I will stand up for this challenge!

"A magnificent, if not majestic, blue hue (slightly metallic), with golden streamed markings running down the

length of his body to his frilled-and-spiked tail. His underside was a subtle light tan color,

with plated scales running from the back of his underbite jaw to halfway down his tail. His four wings rested on his spiked back and smooth sides.

Cerulean eyes, three silver horns protruding from both sides of his head, the topmost of them being the largest ones.

Two smaller horns on his nose, the larger one at the front and the smaller behind it. A short, pointed horn protruded

from his chin, long golden whiskers, and a small frill on the bottom of his jaw in the center."
