Castle under Siege [30x48] (Patreon)

The smell of blood is heavy in the air, immediately alerting you to danger. The castle's walls, once proud and strong, now look bare without their protectors. You were too late to save them, but not all is lost yet. There is still a chance to make this right.   The keen senses of your companion pick out the sounds of the assailants who besieged this place. 

At first it seems like it was the work of common bandits, but how could they take on such a large stronghold so easily? It's not until you come across the signs of sulfur and mercury that the truth becomes clear. Demons, or perhaps a mage capable summoning them.   It won't be easy, but you can still win this battle. Use the tall trees growing near the walls or the river separating the castle from mainland, and remember - whatever happens, don't give up!
