Hi, is it possible for you to use computer? you just need to visit the website showing above. Put the decryption key and download the zip file. then you just need to extract the file. done ^^

Just a suggestion here, maybe you should update your patreon the same way you do your facebook and pixiv, instead of positing the content and rewards monthly. Why would you interact less with the fans that pay you actual real money. I actually found out about your content because of the recent Kobayashi-san dragon posts on facebook, and having the possibility of getting the higher res version via your patreon convinced me to support you on patreon. It's just of frustrating to find out that I can't even view the content you advertised for after I paid money. Posting those pictures and writing in their description "Support me on Patreon for full resolution artworks" and "Full resolution artworks on my Patreon", just to find out I'll have to wait another month and pay another payment in order to get those pictures is dumb. Also, why would you feel it appropriate to post the "commission" pictures on pixiv but not include them in the monthly contents pack? You can't say "it's commissions, so they're separate / private", because if so then don't post them openly accessible on pixiv either. Which is even more bullshit if you use the "Celica hentai commission" picture in the thumbnail for the "extreme bundle", just to not include it. Also in the description of the "extreme bundle" it says "R-18 full resolution" yet at first glance I immediately see three R-18 pictures on your pixiv that aren't included in those packs at all, which were also posted within the same times the other pictures included in the bundle were. Essentially literally click-baiting people into buying content they won't even receive. I'm sorry that I'm complaining in such a rude way, but if you're going to ask for real hard earned money from people then please be more professional about it. You honestly don't have THAT much content, so I doubt it's hard to keep track if everything is in the monthly downloads or not. If you want to strictly post only monthly packs, then please include that information in the description of the pictures. Example being on the Kobayashi-san dragon pictures you could have written "Support me on Patreon to get full resolution artwork! This one will be included in the February pack!".

Most of us anime artist are just doing the same way (we post monthly rewards) Well my bad for not including the "monthly" in the description, I didn't know that they're people like you that isn't aware that we post it monthly. I was giving most of my TIME, HARDworking drawing all day. I was giving my best content for the monthly drawing for my supporters, for their real hard earned money. It's very rude for someone to complain like you. If you're a real supporter you wouldn't go that far searching for things to complain. You can just always cancel your pledge. thankyou.
