This sheer black cloak is clasped with a silver skull with wings and ends in misty shadows. When the wearer of this cloak pulls the hood up, their face is hidden by magical shadow—the wearer can see normally—and cannot be seen except by truesight. While wearing this cloak, you may spend an action removing all the failed death saving throws and stabilizing a target within 5 feet of them. While wearing this cloak you gain advantage on death saving throws. This cloak has 4 charges and regains 1d3+1 charges at dawn. 

Shadow Walker. As an action, you can expend 2 charges to cast the misty step spell.

Reaping. When a creature within 10 feet of you is damaged by an ally, you can spend 1 charge and use your reaction to cause a shadowy scythe to appear from the cloak and strike at that creature. Make a magic weapon melee attack (+7 to hit) dealing 3d6 necrotic damage on a hit.

Concealing Shadows. As a bonus action, while in dim light or less, you can take the Hide action.
