Had a thought on a redesign for the "Camp Blood" idea from last year that made the monster less of an obvious Jason Voorhies ripoff.

So cursed headgear instead of a hockey mask. Perhaps a tragic foxy boxing backstory? Actually, you just made me think of something that may be at least semi-helpful. During the late 80s there was an actual syndicated Friday the 13th TV series that had nothing to do with Jason. It was about an old man and two young college kids who in each episode were trying to collect cursed antiques that were used to kill people in order to lock them away in storage so they can't be used again. In one early episode called "shadow Boxer" the cursed antique were a pair of old gloves that were possessed by the soul of a 1950s fighter who had killed a guy in the ring then retired and spiraled out of control. The gloves were found by a jobber who kept losing and the gloves would then help him win in the ring while the shadow ghost of the cursed fighter would simultaneously beat somebody to death backstage. Episode is on YouTube and worth a look. Don't know if it may contribute to the story in any way but it might.
