(Note: Since there's no nudity other than implied in the pictures, I went ahead and made this one public.)

When someone new to daz studio asks me how to make their renders better, I tell them to study photography, and then movie cinematography. And not just the basic principles like Rule-of-Thirds or depth-of-field, but the really technical things like aperture, shutter speed, F-stop, lens size... All of these things are settings you can manipulate in Daz.

Take the 2 pictures above. The top one is using a standard Daz camera with most of the default settings, except instead of moving the camera closer to the fighters the lens is  zoomed in to capture more of the audience in the foreground.

The bottom picture is using a digital simulation of a real-world motion picture camera, and then I've gone through and adjusted the settings to mimic shooting on high-speed film in low light conditions, and added a warm tint. You can see the difference in brightness and contrast. Hell, you can see the image!

You don't even have to buy books on the subject. Photography sites love to go into detail about what settings were used to capture a shot. See something you like? Duplicate the settings in Daz and see what you get!

P.S.: Patrons in the $5 tier and higher can see the scene from the opposite angle here:  https://www.patreon.com/posts/random-rumble-54-38133460

That's looks great! But to be on a safe side - I was banned from Patreon because of "implied nudity". Community guidelines particularly mention "Adult content includes any implied nudity" :(

Huh... You'd think they'd have said something about my banner, then...
