Posting's been a little light to start the month because my house is getting a little renovation done. I couldn't do too much rendering while things were getting demolished, but now that the new stuff is being built I'm starting to get back on track. Things should be wrapping up this weekend, and then posting will shift into overdrive to catch up.

We had our kitchen done two years ago. To me, 'getting a little renovation done' and 'things were getting demolished' means we cooked in the microwave and washed dishes in the powder room for 8 weeks.

My current tiny first floor bathroom is getting turned into a laundry room, and the bedroom next to it is getting turned into a bathroom. Demo was Monday and some of yesterday, framing was mostly done today. Electrical and plumbing gets done tomorrow morning, tile starts getting installed in the afternoon and the whole thing finishes up sometime Friday.
