The pictures I posted yesterday were for more of a training location, but this is where I'm thinking the actual fight would be. It's supposed to be in Thailand, and this setting is probably the closest I can get to faking it (as long as you don't pay attention to what language the signs on the buildings are actually written in...)

Haha, an Asian audience can more readily know it isn't Thailand not just by the language but also the architecture, but you could get away with that because there are many Chinese in Thailand :)

Yeah, your choices when shopping for a scene that has any kind of asian influence are chinatown, blade runner and imperial Japan.

That's definitely looks like Hongkong, but she can train in Thailand and have her match in Hongkong, that's where all the cool 80s 90s movies happens!
