Microsoft Edge not allowing downloads (Patreon)

A note to all patrons using Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer: It appears Microsoft's Windows Defender has flagged Patreon as an unsafe site and blocked all downloads. I tried using Microsoft Edge to download any attachments that I've posted, as well as attachments from other creators' pages that I'm a patron of, and all were blocked. I tried it again with Google Chrome and had no problems. I sent a note to Patreon Support to make sure they're aware of the issue, and I'm sure they'll be contacting Microsoft to get it resolved. The problem seems to be restricted to Microsoft Edge and probably Internet Explorer (I didn't try IE, but I imagine it will have the same issue since they both use Windows Defender,) so other browsers like Chrome and Firefox should work fine.
