Announcing The Next Animation Project, and a Change to the Monthly Clip (Patreon)

I know, I know, I haven't even finished the first one yet! Trust me, there's a reason I'm talking about it now. 

The movie I'd posted about a few days ago, Tough Enough, centered around a Toughman boxing tournament, where guys with no boxing experience fight in a single elimination tournament format with the ultimate winner getting $40,000. The RoughGal Setting I created is my attempt to recreate that environment:

The two fighters at the top will be the main characters that reach the finals. I haven't decided much on them yet, except that the last name of one of them will be Reddy to fit the title.

Why am I talking about this now? Well, that movie also included lots of 10-15 second highlights of the other fights in the tournament to show the progression to the finals. I'd been thinking of a way to work the monthly clips into a longer movie, and this seemed like a good way to do it.

So, starting next month, the monthly clip will go a little differently:

1) All the clips will take place in the RoughGal Ring.

2) The voting will take place as usual: Choosing fighter A, choosing fighter B and choosing who wins. The only difference is once a fighter has been picked to lose, they cease to be an option in future polls. Eventually, the choice will only be between fighters who've previously won a poll.

3) The attire is going to be a mix of bikini bottoms, jean shorts, underwear and the occaisional pair of boxing trunks. Some will have boxing shoes, some will be in sneakers. The gloves will all be the same old red, since it's just the two pairs that are just getting passed around to whoever's next in the ring. I may play with the hairstyle a bit too. Think of this as one of the many fighting movies that cast actual fighters in the smaller roles, kind of a movie inside another movie.

So at the end there'll be a complete little movie about these two characters as they progress through the tournament, mixed with clips showing the other fights. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
