Didn't do much over the holiday besides sketch out some more parts of that sci-fi idea from a couple of days ago. Also opened up Blender for the first time in forever to try recreating this alien ring design I came across:

And I wanted to let everyone know posting may be a little light this week. We're celebrating my dad's 75th birthday this weekend, and I'm cooking a lot of the food for it.
