August 2023 - Monthly Renders (Patreon)

Good morning Citizens of Scarlet,

Let's talk about 0.3.13. Progress took a halt for about 4 days due to some stress I've been experiencing. I'm still in the process of recovering but I'm going to try and not worry too much about deadlines and just focus on ending this update where I want it to end. The game feels a little repetitive lately, just farming affection with girls, and I can kinda see people being turned off by that. My objective in the future (and now) is to try to have scenes like the latest Estelle scene where you only have to grind affection once to get a fairly long sex scene.

And yeah, currently, I'm working on a very long Celestia scene. There are estimated to be six sections in this update, with 2 of them being lewd. I've currently finished 3 out of the 6 sections, and in the process of making renders for section 4. We'll also learn a bit of lore in regards to Celestia's old master.

Anyway, that's about it. Again, I'm not going to worry about deadlines. I'm just going to update the game when I update it. So far though, I think I'm expected to meet my deadline but I'm just tired of getting anxiety over it. I need to understand that some months we have good months, and some months we have bad months. It's been pretty bad lately (not just because I decided to take a month to work on Scarlet Trainer) but compared to last year, we did sink. 

Overall, I think this update will be a very, very good one. Renders look great. Humor is on point. And the animations are... sexy.
