HG: Twins' Tempting Fattening #4 (Patreon)

With this update of the Hungry Girls game, the fourth part of the Twins story just got added.

I know, I know, it got added two days ago, but there was an error at the ending of the story, and I had to make this update today to fix the issue.

Anyway, this story is a bit longer but I hope you enjoy it nevertheless.

Karina makes her entrance, and she will keep playing an important role in the next two stories of the Twins.
