considering the Many Worlds interpretation, I think that exist would be synonymous with observable from your frame of reference.

We can always wait and see! :-) Would a discussion on time travel - why don't we see time travellers all the time if it's possible? Or simulation hypothesis be relevant enough for ST to cover?
