Weeeell... it became a lot messier if you had to dial the actual numerical values of those constants. And try not to mess up the last few digits that somehow aren't in the phone book.

But how do you dial it? Do you take the first digit in decimal scientific notations measured in SI? But such non-geographic code is not allocated in Australia. Or is it a US local number with additional digits? Or do you multiply them measured in SI and take first several digits in decimal scientific notation? But we don't know enough digits for some constants yet.
