There are some interesting, quirky personalities that emerge among the office staff. Meredith's sex life...That male accountant (I forget his name) who often seems to reference doing something shady or illegal.

At least there’s no off season, and it won’t take nearly as long to watch the entire series as it did when it was running. I kinda look forward to the once a week episode.

Season 1 isn't my favorite, but it has some great episodes. Personally this one is below average by the show's standards IMO

I second this but only because i'm impatient. I also did the math on it and it would take over three years to get through all of the episodes doing one a week

Guys, I envy you, watching this all for the first time 'round, but I'm glad I get to watch you, watch it. You're in for a real treat. Once the characters come into their own and the separate storylines get going you'll see why it was so popular. You mentioned, Gervais, even he makes a cameo later on in the series.
