TLDR no one carries out dio's plan for heaven after part 3 cause Pucchi is gone but 1-5 mostly happen the same with this ending. so basically the world resets, Pucci never existed but everything from parts 1-5 happens still and all our characters basically come back despite new names their souls remain. in depth and thought-provoking ending and my new fav part.
