For real this is the creepiest anime I've watched since Higurashi when I was a kid. And the way it goes back and forth from wholesome to horror makes it even more unnerving lol

Episode 2 sold it much better than 1. Less goofy, more meat. I'm liking Dark Gathering a lot and I've been looking for a real creepy one since Ghost Hunt. Mieruko-chan is a pretty good horror too, but it's also a dark comedy and more jump scares.
