Ascendance of a Bookworm (Patreon)

This week's video is a dive into Ascendance of a Bookworm which was a fun little challenge to make. Not necessarily because of the creation side but the watching of the anime. I really was put off initially by the idea of Bookworm for the simple reason I saw no reason why the show needed more than 3 episodes before it lost its charm. But once I re-binged it when it concluded everything became very clear on why so many enjoyed it and thus made scripting this feel very easy. I wanted this to be a why you should watch but also hitting some notes those who had watched it might have missed - such as the visual department with expressive body language and other smaller details that add up. It's an all around good video in my eyes that I hope people enjoy and I look forward to reviewing the anime's second season weekly this Spring.
