the order to end those fools and lady luminous puts everyone in their place. though looking it up if Veldora wanted to fight back he could have easily so I appreciate the man being weaker than he needed to be for the comedy

The father didn't jump, Hinata pushed him off, i only wish they would have done a better job at portraying that.

I also have to point out, Hinata is far more cold-blooded than the flashback here shows. Because in the Light Novel, it was made clear that her father didn't jump, he was pushed. The man turned violent against his wife, so Hinata tried to protect her mother by disposing of the threat to her, in a way that wouldn't end with her in jail. However instead of getting better, the mom fell in with a cult, falling further and further into its beliefs. It was actually stated that when Hinate realized that she'd landed in another world, she actually felt immense relief. Because when she was isekaied she was actually on her way to kill her mother to end the suffering she was in with the cult. Hinata had basically given up on her mother getting better, and decided to end her misery. That's actually why she cared so much for Shizu, she was in many ways a parental figure that actually cared, that didn't disappoint her. However, that's also why Hinata left, because she'd been burned by parental figures and deep down decided it was better to leave before this one could hurt her. Basically she ran away to preserve the image of the caring Shizu in her heart, something she deep down regretted but could never admit. That was also why she saw red when she heard that some monster had killed Shizu and was wearing her face. Also, regarding your question on who would win if Luminus and Veldora fought seriously Brandon, the answer is Veldora. Veldora is one of the four True Dragons, and in terms of raw magicules, he has the largest power-reserves (not that it kept his two sisters from walking all over him because he has poor control over his power). Luminus is not in his league, in fact the reason she's so pissed off at Veldora is that he single-handedly destroyed her Vampire Nation, and there was nothing she could do but run.
