i love what they did with Kafta and how he passed. rather than setting him as an equal with the rest (he shouldn't he failed all but the end) they threw him a bone both to keep an eye close on him but also he has traits the vice captain likes. this is what I love about the show it subverts expectations in the right way! though concerning death flags at the end about not getting too attached...
