one of the main reasons I dropped it on volume 2 was because it seemed like it was turning into a harem when it had been just the one couple which was what I was reading it for. Please tell me, someone who read past vol 2, if it becomes a harem otherwise I will wait for it to finish before I watch this.

I really like the idea of an isekai with a protagonist who isn't a weeb or has 8th grade syndrome. I was surprised by how logical his actions were given his limited knowledge.

yeah I saw a lot say he seemed too dense but he isn't a guy who grew up with the idea of isekai in his brain it's pretty much all new to him. he assumed level 2 means weak so teleport must be basic. sure he doesn't know what the infinity symbol means but if he is some average merchant his education would be limited. he's incredibly charming and grounded which is rare in isekai

the funny thing is this is one of those very few isekai stories where sending heroes back is actually possible, they just forgot about him until that time window expired xd

Actually most of the classic isekai were like that long ago. Usually they went there to accomplish something or learn something about themselves and return home a better person.
